 Welcome! My name is Renee Lambing and I
am the owner of Crystal Redesign’s and an Interior
Redesign Industry Specialist.
Let me start with: All roads have lead to my passion
for Interior Redesign.
I am truly blessed to be able to help
clients achieve a beautiful and comfortable room
reflecting their taste and showcasing their
treasures. There is no greater reward than the
tears of pleasure or the pure excitement of a
satisfied customer.
For as long as I can remember I have
redesigned rooms with paint color and furniture
placement.
Decorating for friends, family and me has been a
personal hobby where I have found new and inventive
uses for the items we owned. I would use the use of
color, furnishing and accessories, and bargain buys
to create a finished designer look without the
cost. My artful eye and decorating talents remained
my hobby but with a longing desire to be more.
I worked in the Corporate World for over twenty
years.
Seventeen years spent in
Transportation and Logistics. I managed over ten
independent contracted businesses for customers,
turning their request and desires into reality. I
spent the last three years as a Senior Engineer and
a Project Manager in the Design and Solutions
Department designing networks, layouts and solutions
for existing and prospective customers. My longing
to own my own business and pursue a career in
interior decorating grew each year.
However, traditional Interior Design did not seem
the right fit for me.
It is an industry where an Interior
Designer’s livelihood depends on custom furniture,
window treatments and accessories with a high price
tag. I was looking for an avenue that fit the
average American’s lifestyle and budget.
 I
stumbled upon I.R.I.S. (Interior Redesign Industry
Specialists) under Business Opportunities in the
back of Southern Living magazine.
I researched and found the I.R.I.S.
web site. FINALLY, I found my true calling.
A business where my customer focus, financial,
marketing and design experience and my passion for
decorating could be combined into one. My heart
pounding, I immediately scheduled for I.R.I.S
training and took the leap into the world’s most
rewarding career.
As I previously stated, I am truly blessed!
