Verbal Real Estate Staging Consultation

This consultation involves a two hour comprehensive walk through of your home’s exterior and interior.  You will be provided with an objective view on every aspect of your home’s appearance.  We will help you to prepare your home as a product to place on the market, remembering that it is competing with new model homes within the area.  A customized list of suggestions and improvements will be provided, and you will have the option to have us return to do a Redesign for Home Staging to maximize your home's features to appeal to potential buyers.

Real Estate Staging

The same principles that apply to Interior Redesign apply to Real Estate Staging.  Since selling a home is different than living in it, we will now design for the potential buyers rather than for the existing homeowner.  It is imperative to showcase the homes features rather than the existing owner’s personalities.  We will place your furniture to highlight any architectural features while working to maximize the room’s spaciousness and layout.  This will allow you to show case your home so a potential buyer can envision it as their home with their own belongings.

Vacant Home Staging

Do you have a vacant home that needs to be staged with furniture and accessories? We can help! We carry an inventory of both and will select the appropriate style to match your home's personality.
